Dietpi Trixie - any way to downgrade Transmission?

Not really a bug report, and not really dietpi-related, so I won’t use the troubleshooting template. The dietpi version is 9.15 and recently migrated from Bookworm to Trixie with no major issues.

I need to use Transmission, but a version up to 4.0.5. I tried downloading the old packages from the “unstable” repository (version 4.0.5-3) but they seem not to exist. I tried building from source but it failed at one point (and then I would have trouble packaging it as deb packages). I even tried to install the packages from Bookworm, but obviously encountered some dependency issues.

So I am asking here. What would be the easiest way to downgrade from Transmission 4.1.0 beta2 (current) to 4.0.5 (best for now)?

The packages I need to downgrade:

transmission-daemon
transmission-cli
transmission-common

I doubt they would care as they have nothing to do with actual packaging… maybe I’ll ask the Debian community somehow.
