I saw the other day somewhere in on the dietpi tools a option to pick different repository servers.
Unfortunately I can not remember where saw that option.
Cloud someone please tell me that dialog is located ?

You can change the APT mirror in:
dietpi-config > Networking Options: NAS/MISC > APT mirror
