does anyone have any idea?
Is this a common bug or an error in my personal configuration? I reinstalled dietpi again, but it still remains the same.

Is this a common bug
nope
It is likely that the thermal information is stored in a different location on your system than we expect.

Very appreciate for your reply. It works well in v8.x. But just occurred in v9.0.
What’s more I can do to debug this?
there has nothing changed from our side on the way how temperature is captured. Last changes done to this has been done on v8.16. Maybe some other apt package update caused this.
