cant login at the first boot, it stuck..

I burned the dietpi .img file into a 8gb microsd and launched it fro ma rapberry pi 3 and then it tells me that the user is dietpi and that the default passwod is diet pi, but when I write the password dietpi then it stuck without enter into the login or give me an error, what I made of wrong?

User: root
Password: dietpi

thanks I retryed and it was all my mistake, I was writing 2 times dietpi instead towrite user: root and password dietpi.

ok good, if you finished initial installation run, you should be able to login as user dietpi as well

I m unable to type password in password field after typing root in username
