Can't boot, stuck notifying NFS peers

I have searched the existing open and closed issues.

Required Information

RPi400 with official PSU and Hiksemi 16GB class 10 SD card. Updated to latest version of DietPi a few days ago. Can’t give more detail as I can’t boot.

Steps to reproduce

I have no idea what went wrong or why the Pi rebooted (maybe kids unplugged it). When booting, it gets to “Started rpc-statd-notify.service - Notify NFS peers of a restart.” and gets stuck there indefinitely. I don’t use NFS, only SMB so I don’t know why this is happening.

Expected behaviour

Finish booting.

Actual behaviour

Gets stuck during boot.

Extra details

I have a Pi3B+ as well which is working fine. It doesn’t have a SMB or NFS share.

Reverting to last night’s backup had the same problem, so I tried Wednesday’s backup and that worked. I think the only difference was that I installed tailscale sometime after Wednesday. I’ve reinstalled it now so will see if the problem reoccurs.
