Boot issue Orange Pi 5 Pro

Creating a bug report/issue

I have searched the existing open and closed issues

Required Information

• DietPi version | Latest, but I can't even boot
• Distro version | Trixie?, Can't boot
• Kernel version | Latest, Can't boot
• Architecture | ARMv8 aarch64?, Can't boot
• SBC model | Orange Pi 5 Pro, can't boot or (EG: RPi3)
• Power supply used | Opange Pi 5 Power Adapter 5V 4A Charger 20W
• SD card used | Intenso microSD card UHS-I Premium, 256GB

Steps to reproduce

$ sudo dd if=DietPi_OrangePi5Pro-ARMv8-Trixie.img of=/dev/sdb status=progress

1. Insert SD card
2. Turn on Orange Pi 5 Pro

Expected behaviour

DietPi login:

• Show grub, liveUSB or whatever regular boot process.

Actual behaviour

Is the SD card the only medium connected? If not disconnect any other.
And do you have an alternative SD card to try out?

Yes, the SD is the only medium connected.
I’ll try out another SD card, Samsung EVO Plus 128 GB and…

it works!
