AUTO_SETUP_GLOBAL_PASSWORD purpose?

I would like to setup DietPi OS on my RPi 4 with auto config but before, I would like to understand what is the goal of the AUTO_SETUP_GLOBAL_PASSWORD label on the dietpi.txt file.

Can someone explain it to me please? Is it something like an alt. user made only to install software?

Is the global password set for the AUTO_SETUP_AUTOSTART_LOGIN_USER too?

The user needs to be exsiting already. Usually not the case on a new system
