Any plans for DietPi for VM which run on apple silicon? So far every VM is on x86 - to emulate this really useless.

Without a stable Debian release for Apple Silicon, DietPi can’t be created. Asahi linux is the first native bootable Linux release on Apple Silicon and it is far from being complete - eg you’d be living on the bleeding edge which goes against Debian’s conservative leanings. Bottom line, it is going to be a couple more years before we see a full blown Linux on Apple Silicon. For more info go here: https://asahilinux.org
