Alternative high current regulated 5vdc power supply for SBC's

Using a PD Decoy rigged to a high-current 5V supply.

You can solder on a USB-C connector or just run it straight into the 5V pin on the GPIO header.

The reason to do this is that it’s rare to find a phone charger or power bank that will do 5A at 5V, but PD chargers are becoming increasingly common. They’re happy to provide 20+ watts of power, but only at higher voltage. By using the PD decoy to request 15V (with fallback to 12V and 9V), we make the chargers happy. And then by converting it to 5V, we make the OPi happy.

(Extra red jumpers on the header are just protectors blocking off the +V pins.)

EDIT: according to this experiment document, 12V might be the more efficient setting.
