Does that config file exist in the Allo Gui image?
To be honest, the old entry was 4 years old and it therefore makes sense to open a new post and share all relevant information. Just like the troubleshooting template specifies. Something you seem to have ignored.
I don’t think so, as far as I know the Allo image is preconfigured and has preinstalled software. So there is no initial setup process here.
