7.9 - kernel misses modules

Hello all,
I have just updated to 7.9 (native Installation x86)
then I wanted to install docker, portainer etc…
now I got an error message

after the 3rd reboot i gave up

any idea ?

update: also a new installation with the 7.9 brought the same error message
