Getting at full logs

My Raspberry Pi4 is crashing around once a week and I'm trying to diagnose the cause.

I have DietPi logs set to "full" via dietpi-software for a week, but I only see the following at journalctl. A ping check suggests my server failed sometime between 11:10 and 11:40, here's what I have in the logs. I poked around in /var/logs but I didn't see anything more detailed

1. Am I missing some way of seeing more logs?
2. Any obvious culprit from these logs? I'm thinking it may be something involving heavy drive or overclocking causing power issues.

journalctl will only show content of the current boot session (which look fine), as long as you do not enable disk logging via mkdir -p /var/log/journal. But you have rsyslog installed now which additionally copies system logs into /var/log plain text files. Please check syslog, kern.log, daemon.log inside of messages around the time when the system crashed. I think the first one contains all content of the other two as well, but not 100% sure.

Is it precisely once a week? What runs weekly is fstrim to nullify all removed files on non-spinning disks. If much changed, that can be a quite heavy task.
