That link shows how to manually install it
DietPi is based on Debian and so is Rasbian, so the commands to install it per that page should work
It also shows that he is using an external antenna as well
The guide is based on the Raspberry Pi OS Lite release based on Debian Buster (Released on August 08 2020).
We will not be using the onboard WiFi of the Rasbperry Pi, but an external Panda PAU09.
