seems R3 is a letsencrypt certificate.

https://letsencrypt.org/certificates/

Can you remove all certificates from your system and try to create a new one?

Hi Joulinar,

Do I need to enter my domain with or without "www"? I've been entering it without www.

usually www is not needed
