Edimax AC600 driver

Hello,
I'm wondering if you can accomodate to the dietpi rpi kernel this change for the edimax AC600 usb wifi dongle?

Hi,

DietPi did not have an own kernel. It's using the standard Raspbian Kernel that is provided by Raspberry Pi guys because the base image of DietPi on RPi is Raspbian Lite.
Pls let us know if a solution is working. This could help others if they hit by similar situation. Your DietPi Team

yeah that's not a problem
issue would be any further update as it will shutdown wifi and therefore access to the pi which is not hardwired.

Good to know it's using rpi kernel, so hopefully they will add it soon to main tree
