Install on Intel NUC BOXNUC7I7BNH

Post by themattman0425 »

I am looking to move my Oracle VirtualBox server from my main computer to an Intel NUC device. What I want to know is, is DietPi a hearty enough OS to run it. It will have an internal M.2 drive with a 250GB HD, and an external Drive of 4TB to host the actual VM's. I have played around with Ubuntu 17.04 server but keep crashing it on a VM for testing.

Will DietPi run in 64bit, so I can run some 64bit VM's?

Hi,

Should run great on Intel NUC, as long as its 64bit capable.

Two options for installs:
- Virtual machine image
- Native PC image (beta)

See the PC/VM section in this link.
