Looks like the cron job is failing, due to something wrong with dietpi.txt.

Please do the following, paste results:

Kill cat:

killall -w cat

Check status of dietpi.txt:

ls -lha /DietPi/dietpi.txt

View file:

nano /DietPi/dietpi.txt
