how can we fix it that problem ?

i tried 4-5 times via ssh or keyboard on c2 , but same results...

You'd need to compile it manually. Kodi 17 should be offered in Odroid C2 Stretch via Meveric's Repo in the future.

i changed power supply and sd card by new one..
