How config interfaces

Post by rpiede »

Hello everyone,

I install dietpi with QEMU, I followed this tutorial:
But when I accessed the internet I can't connect with web. I checked /etc/network/interfaces and I try put the address, netmask and gateway on iface lo inet dhcp but I haven't ip when I see result of the command ifconfig.

Also, when I run dietpi-config I receive this output: -bash: /DietPi/dietpi/dietpi-config: No such file or directory

How can I configure the interfaces?
I tested with Jessie, just in case, and I has connection with web. This means that QEMU haven't any problem.

Thanks

Hi,

QEMU looks interesting, however, I cant support running DietPi through QEMU at this time.

We have multiple VM images that should be preferred over QEMU. Better performance, runs native on x86_64 systems: http://dietpi.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=90#p322
If you find our project or support useful, then we’d really appreciate it if you’d consider contributing to the project however you can.
Donating is the easiest – you can use PayPal or become a DietPi patron.
