It might be useful if there is a new DietPi version, to mention it on the forums. Like create a new forum section where all the news comes.

Sure. It's just a matter of copy-pasting it from the changelog.
I'm not going to start with v1, that will be a bit too much work.

I went with Version History, and, tweaked the current list. You should have full access: http://dietpi.com/phpbb/viewforum.php?f=10
