Post by michealspencer »

Hi all, I installed dietpi on udoo ultra. udoo is a sbc with 32 gigs emmc and 8 gigs ram. I want to use the roon server and roon bridge on the ramdisk.
Any help? Thanks!

Hi,

in theory you could create your own tmpfs that will be mounted on boot. Similar to what DietPi is doing on /var/log and /tmp.

But these folder are temporary once and content get lost on reboot. What folder you like to keep on a tmpfs?
Pls let us know if a solution is working. This could help others if they hit by similar situation. Your DietPi Team
