I have taken yesterday times another ddns provider this has also brought nothing. I will ask my ISP provider tomorrow. I still have a synology. And I have also tried this with no-ip. Despite intervention of the support on my device no connection was established. I have then given up. Sometimes there are things in life that are not granted to you
