Actually, running dietpi-services restart command immediately after the update worked without an error and rebooting also seemed to have worked fine. So it was probably some kind of a glitch, hopefully a non-critical one.

Many thanks for your report.

Jep this is a known issue with NetData and dietpi-process_tool. NetData spawns a process during it's startup that quits again very quickly. So the process tool finds this service first but when it wants to apply nice/scheduler/priority, the process does not exist anymore.

We are currently working on a new DietPi-Services version that includes the process tool and applies the above values in a different way: https://github.com/MichaIng/DietPi/pull/2786
That will solve the NetData issues as well.

But until then, you can safely ignore this error output. The update went well!
