Home-Assistant not installing

I have installed DietPi on my RPi3, with the following software
Pi-Hole
RPI-Monitor
HomeAssisant

Everything is working except Home Assistant, it comes under the activated softwares when the device is booting/selfchecking, however I have no web interface on DIET_PI_IP:8123 and no sign of it actually running?

is there a directory under /srv for home assistant?

systemctl status home-assistant should tell you if it is installed.
