Plex won't see files and folders in external hard drive

Hi, I have 2 HDD drives mounted by DietPi drive manager.
I installed Plex Media Server that can't see inside my external HDD. What can I do?

Hi,

Can you see them in Linux? eg:

Code: Select all

ls -lha /mnt
df -h
And tried browsing the /root directory in PMS, then /mnt?

Hi, solved adding user "plex" to the "root" group.

I have this problem , added plex user to root group but still not working , they are visible in the desktop interface as well as webmin
