Re: "a start job is running for hold until boot process finishes up"

In the meantime I uninstalled all the packages that are under "remote desktop access" and then I have rebooted a couple of times without issues. I'm going to reinstall these one by one to see if they are the root cause. Hmm. Interesting. I hadn't seen anything about remote accessing being a possibl...

Re: "a start job is running for hold until boot process finishes up"

here we go again. After trying to install some further packages and rebooting, the message appears again. Puzzled. Just wondering...do you have an external HDD attached? This same problem just happened to me, I believe in relation to adding a 2TB external drive to my RPi. One fix I've seen is to tr...

In my experience this error relates to the sytem trying to mount a drive that isn't there or has a faulty file system or some other error. How I have fixed it is to comment out the offending drive in /etc/fstab (if all else fails by taking out the SD card and editing on another Linux machine) and t...

Not sure about the aim of the second post, perhaps OCamlPro provides some additional features or fixes or something...
Thanks a lot for the reply. I didn't even notice the OCamlPro bit. I'll dig in to the differences and see if I can get things working.

Anyone set up ocamlfuse for Google Drive mount?

Hi. I've set this up on a VPS running Ubuntu, which didn't require building from source. I've come across a couple different posts for building on a pi and am wondering if there's anything in those instructions that looks like it might be problematic for a pi3 running DietPi. Thanks for helping out ...

[Solved] Sabnzbd cannot create download_dir folder

I have an external drive connected to my pi3 that I’d like to use to store my complete and incomplete downloads from sabnzbd, but when I try to set this up in the sab settings, I get this error: Cannot create download_dir folder /mnt/store/dietpi_userdata “store” is the name of my external drive. An...
