Re: Smoother Data Visualization on Raspberry Pi Zero W

Since Firefox is preinstalled on our desktops, you could at least give it a try, but Chromium it has native RPi GPU support (you either installed a desktop or raised GPU memory split manually, didn't you?) so if it is not able to present the Grafana graphs fluently, Firefox will most likely not do b...

Re: Nanopi M4v2 support request

Please have an eye on memory usage (by Transmission), e.g. via htop . On Debian Stretch there was a bug that made it using more and more memory until OOM killer kicks in. This should have been resolved but he had at least one other report that it still uses too much memory. Since we pull the officia...

Re: Raspberry PoE-HAT Fan Speed

Do you use the 32-bit or 64-bit image and can you please paste the full kernel log: dmesg I was searching a bid and indeed it seems to be not required to enable the I2C overlay/parameter, means it should work OOTB. However that is relevant for the fan only. Also kernel is up-to-date? apt update && a...

Re: Missing groups

The groups command only shows you the groups the executing users is member of. The dietpi user is only member of its own primary group by default, so this is the only one listed. Since we aim to remove the dietpi user by times, and if not used, a user with plenty of privileges is kinda security issu...

Re: Can't install any plugin on Wordpress

What do you mean by "imported WP blob"? If you didn't install it via dietpi-software, recheck the location you placed it. E.g. on DietPi, webroot is /var/www instead of /var/www/html (Debian webservers default).

Re: Dietpi-software no longer working after pinning Mono to 5.18

I just see that for the Stretch suite there are still mono v5 snapshots available, just not sure if their library dependencies allow them to be installed on Buster: https://download.mono-project.com/repo/debian/dists/stretch/snapshots/ I'll now concentrate on migrating our Sonarr implementation to v...

Re: Moving SD card and external connected drive to Pi4

A new version of rpi-eeprom has been released which fixes the issue. So apt update && apt upgrade && rpi-eeprom-update should solve it.
