Re: Urbackup - not enough space in the backup folder

good call MichaIng, that's why your name is in red ;)
This was mainly to allow ownCloud/Nextcloud related documentation changes/announcements ;). Hope nobody put's too much weight into the colours, at least not in my case :P.

Re: New on Dpi looking for openvault

Hi jorgeg73, sadly we needed to drop OMV support from DietPi due to incompatibilities with the DietPi system, that can't be handled/are hard to handle reliably: http://dietpi.com/phpbb/search.php?keywords=openmediavault&t=5&sf=msgonly On current version you can still force installation by dietpi-sof...

Re: Need help before update to V160

Hi crik91, it really depends which additional software you use. Most data, generated by software that was installed via DietPi-Software, is stored in /mnt/dietpi_userdata/ , so transfer at least this folder. But some settings e.g. are also stored within e.g. /etc/<software title> . Pick and migrate ...

Re: DietPi vs Raspbian Lite!

I made a current comparison, sadly I forgot to measure/write down the boot times, and now my Pi is back in production. Better then nothing: Test system - Raspberry Pi 2 Model B - CSL 5V 2.1A power adaptor - Kingston SDCA3/64GB U3 - Raspbian Stretch based system - direct terminal access via monitor a...

Re: Urbackup - not enough space in the backup folder

Hi buffalo0207, by default, our software uses /mnt/dietpi_userdata/<subdir> for software specific data. This is also the case for backups, made by Urbackup. This is by default located on root drive, so yes, by default your 4 GB SD. You can use dietpi-software to move your dietpi_userdata to the exte...

Re: dietpi-letsencrypt (certbot) error

Read: https://github.com/Fourdee/DietPi/issues/734#issuecomment-361774084 This is an external error, based on a security issue, found by the certbot/letsencrypt guys. PR to fix for v6.2 is there, however needs some more testing, as it deals with some other issue/general rework of our letsencrypt/cer...

Is already on the readmap, however, with low priority and at the moment we are busy with fixing/fine tuning of v6.x :D

Re: Native PC for UEFI (BETA)

Did you try the v6.0 image via these steps: https://github.com/Fourdee/DietPi/issue ... -336522021 ?
It is not listed as beta/testing anymore, so should work fine.

Re: stretch for odroid

We use Meverics Debian minimal image as baseis: https://forum.odroid.com/viewtopic.php?f=96&t=17542 This is so far just available with Jessie for all Odroids. Theoretically Stretch dist-upgrade is possible, but there are still several issues with software we offer, especially Kodi, but also others. ...
