Re: will Docker install bork my Radarr?

Yeah that’s the one. IIRC Sonarr v3 has all the Mono dependencies included, and may lock the Mono version to 5.x for updates; I haven’t checked /sources but I bet it’s there. This issue was my first experience with a Linux install, and let me tell you, when I saw the Mono 5.10 conflict pop up instal...

Re: will Docker install bork my Radarr?

Not sure why it should be locked to 5.10 There was an issue with v6 regarding SMB shares. I believe MichaINg has commented about it on other topics; It's what put DietPi on my radar (no pun intended) to begin with... If I were to run a manual update of Sonarr, do you think it'll pick up the Mono v6...

Re: will Docker install bork my Radarr?

Way down on the list of options would be to run it in a Docker on my unRAID box. The issue then would be routing all the search/download/etc through the VPN on the DietPi.

will Docker install bork my Radarr?

Hi, I was starting to install Docker on DietPi so I could run a LazyLibrarian container, but partway through, there was an identified conflict with installing Mono. Based on other issues installing Sonarr prior to finding DietPi, Sonarr uses an outdated version of Mono (v5.10) and locks the version ...

Any advantage to DietPi-ARR_to_RAM when using an SSD?

I think the title says it all, but I'll elaborate a little. I have dietpi_userdata on the SSD, destination directories for processed files are on Window's shares on another server. Everything is working fine. If the db files for the -arr apps are already on the SSD with the userdata, is there any ad...

Re: Mine OS installation problems

thank you for the reply. I tried Cuberite also, which is working fine, although a little clunky to administer. Not sure if that's what I'm going to go with or not, but am still interested in getting MineOS fuknctional. Unless Cuberite is sooooo much better, in which case I won't bother. Probably goi...

Mine OS installation problems

I thought I'd try installing Mine OS on a spare Pi4/4GB to satisfy my kids' multiplayer dreams, and because setting up a download center on another Pi4 was so easy with DietPi. I've set static IP for the MIneOS card, can SSH, and access the config/install console for DietPi. I have only installed Mi...

Re: [Testers Wanted] Simple PIA VPN Gateway

+1000 likes for this! SUPER easy setup script for me. I did run into an issue with enabling the kill switch. The install seemed to hang there, and maybe I just wasn't patient enough, but I exited the install and re-ran it, opting to not enable the kill switch. Do agree with the previous post that sp...

Re: Need help downgrading from Mono v6 to v5 for Sonarr/Radarr

Thank You! Altering the DietPi install script worked a treat. Sonarr, Radarr, and Lidarr are all running on Mono v5, and I have zero problems with moving/renaming files to my SMB shares. Might I suggest that the official DietPi script be changed to accommodate it, given that it's a known issue with ...
