Re: dietpi-letsencrypt with qbittorrent for ongoing https access

There is /etc/letsencrypt/live which contains symlinks to the current active certificate + key files. In the other directories I think its the ones with the highest integer, otherwise the last modification date should tell you which ones were created last ;). Inside /etc/letsencrypt there is as wel...

dietpi-letsencrypt with qbittorrent for ongoing https access

I have a dynamic domain name set up. dietpi-letsencrypt generated the SSL certificates just fine so HTTPS was working well I copied and pasted the certs into qbittorrent's Web UI and that worked well. Now it appears the certificates renewed and continue to work well on the dynamic domain itself, but...

Re: Update qBittorrent to v4.2.x

you would need to add sid repo to your source list and create a preference entry to avoid that other packages than qBittorrent will be updated. what kind of system/SBC you are running? I'm running dietpi 6.31.2 on a Rpi4 4gb My current sources list has this- deb http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/rasp...

Re: Update qBittorrent to v4.2.x

So I'm now seeing 4.2.5 listed as an unstable sid package. As I'm experiencing SOCKS5 issues apparently addressed in this update I'd like to give it a try.

I'm very inexperienced though, what changes do I need to make to try this version?

Re: Dietpi Backup broken in 6.29.2?

Yes, perhaps, but perhaps Totila might fix his own issue if he simply left the backup run for a while?

Re: Dietpi Backup broken in 6.29.2?

I thought i was encountering the same issue in 6.31, was about to post here. Dietpi backup would hang on stopping services.

I checked htop for services, tried running again, no luck. Then it just suddenly started backing up. Probably took around 15 minutes or so hanging around stopping services.

Re: Fixing after dietpi-config "dropping connections please wait" dietpi

Ok I'm dumb. I have the files from the main partition on my Windows laptop, as well as a .img of that partition. What's the easiest way to edit that config file in ext4 and then get it on the pi that's running a much older backup? FTP the files over to an attached hard drive on the RPi, edit the net...

Ah looks good, looks like it got set to a static IP. I'll fix that and see what happens.
