Re: dietpi-backup not backing up user_data

Yes that is true. Only when dietpi_userdata is on the same drive, it is included in into the backup. But it should be possible to add contained directory via the "Custom filter" option. I've added + /mnt/dietpi_userdata/ + /mnt/data/dietpi_userdata/ to the .dietpi-backup_inc_exc file and ...

dietpi-backup not backing up user_data

HI, I've been running dietpi-backup for a while, and I've just noticed it is not backing up the /mnt/dietpi_userdata/ directory. I've added this into the custom filers file, even though it says dietpi-backup backs up user data, so this should don't be necessary, and it is still not backing it up. I ...

OK I found more files that would need to be removed before you can install the deb file

Code: Select all

rm /usr/lib/libwiringPi*
rm /usr/local/lib/libwiringPi*
Perfect, all working well now. Thank you very much for your time on this. really appreciate it. :D

Re: WiringPi issue after upgrading to Pi4

I rebooted and checked it had been removed root@DietPi:/home/dietpi# gpio -v bash: /usr/b...

WiringPi issue after upgrading to Pi4

HI, I have DietPi 7.0.2 successful working on a Raspberry Pi 3b. I moved the SD card to a Raspberry Pi 4 2G and all seemed to work. However I have a piece of code that uses Wiring Pi. I think Wiring Pi must be Raspberry Pi specific, since my code is not working. I have tried uninstalling Wiring Pi a...

Re: DNS resolver issue after fresh install of PiHole and Unbound

This is working now, thanks very much.

I have another DietPi setup with the same name server, but that works fine. Very strange.
Appreciate your time.
