Re: Sonarr/Radarr services failed on v6.29.2

Here's what I'm running with mono 5.20 now that's had me up and running since yesterday:

Code: Select all

nano /boot/dietpi/func/dietpi-logclear
- Ctrl+W, type '.db' enter. You should see an if statement containing *'.db', append * to it like *'.db'*.
- Save: Ctrl+X, Y enter

Hey guys, I'll have a closer look tomorrow.
Thank you so much! Wanted to pass along the link to the temp discord channel the sonarr devs have set up for this issue:

Not sure if the update is storing detailed logs. Something to ask @MichaIng
@MichaIng any chance there's a detailed update log for DietPi 6.29?

Re: Sonarr/Radarr services failed on v6.29.2

FWIW, I've embarked down the path of rolling back mono (with the guidance of Taloth on the sonarr support discord) until I get to a version on which sonarr doesn't crash. I just did 6.6 with no luck. Running 6.4 now and haven't crashed yet. Here are the steps I'm doing for each version: --Stop Sonar...

Make sure you’re logged in as the user dietpi and create a folder for the config of sonarr from within the home directory of the user diet

Code: Select all

mkdir /home/dietpi/sonarr
So, like

Code: Select all

su - dietpi mkdir /home/dietpi/sonarr
?

Btw is someone still in touch with sonarr guys to check why its continue failing?
Yeah I've posted quite a bit on their support discord. All the devs are there regularly. Current recommendation is to try rolling back the mono install to 5.20.x to see if that fixes the issue.

Got the sonarr docker running, very easy to setup and utilise your current config.

If you need help lmk.
How does this resolve the crash issue? I was just about to try downgrading mono but wouldn't be averse to trying a sonarr container.
