Solved it! I totally forgot that on the background i was running a vpn connection which conflicts with my portforward rules. Becasuse the traffic is rerouted through the vpn tunnel and so the reply traffic is tunneled through a totally different public ip than it came in. Disabling the vpn, and the ...

Amazing!!
It's alive, ALIVE!!

So many hours of breaking my head around this. And installing some simple package fixed it.
I dont know what LSOF actually does, but its great :-)

Important note is that this behaviour is only occuring when i try to connect to my ngix webserver from outside the LAN. Fixed it! the usb modprobe command refered to a missing file in /lib/modules/4.14.176+ So i've taken a look at the working sd and compared it with the not working sd. And i soon saw that the directory was empty. So i restored the directory and all is working well again. Thanks for your help, Joulinar!
