Re: SSH refused. Connection timeout

I got ssh to work now. I go to dietpi-config and change Ethernet settings to Static and ip address to 192.168.100.140. Before I changed the ip, the value shown was 192.168.0.101 and gateway was 192.168.0.1. I think this is wrong, the subnet value x supposed should be 100 not 0. Anyway, it is working...

Re: SSH refused. Connection timeout

I also can run:
ssh 127.0.0.1
ssh 192.168.x.101 -p 22

from the hdmi attached monitor but I just can't remote ssh login to Dietpi from my local pc.

Odroid C2 - How to find out thermal throttling occurred

I am using Odroid C2 and it is enclosed by a cheap plastic. How do I find out whether thermal throttling occurred? I type 'cpu' and it shows 'Throttle up | 50% CPU usage' for example. What does it mean?

Re: nmbd frequently failed after reboot

I think I have solved the issue. Instead of putting "service nmbd restart" at dietpi-autostart/custom.sh I put it at /etc/rc.local and run it after sleep 5 seconds. So each time after reboot, nmbd is running and not in a failed state.

nmbd frequently failed after reboot

The nmbd is always failing during reboot. After it failed, just issue "service nmbd restart" to get nmbd running. Is there a way to use simplest settings to ensure nmbd can startup without fail. May be it has to do with these errors: nmbd[1173]: invalid permissions on directory '/var/log/s...

Re: Want to revert back to V6.8

I rebooted Allo and then ran 'apt-get install --reinstall clementine'. I am surprise the issue is solved. Now Clementine back to stable self. I can play, drag, pause ...

Re: Want to revert back to V6.8

I really feel like killing myself. I have spent a lot of sleep deprivation nights to install and make Clementine working and stable and now everything gone down to the drain. I installed lxde at Usbridge and then Clementine started from V6.6 I guess and made it working stable until V6.8. Now after u...
