You could just install portainer which is a webgui that allows you to control your docker instances
It works quite well

Yes, in general I see the queries. But very often: OK (forwarded to localhost#5335) I'm opening the web without ads and noting is blocked. Is unbound service running? Also you need to point your DHCP server to assign IP's out pointing to your PiHole IP address...right now all the clients are not lo...

Boy howdy I bet that poor maxed out RAM SBC could benefit from ZRAM compression just for a little bit of SWAP space

However his problem was solved, but I bet a bit more RAM/SWAP couldn't hurt

I have found sometimes if things go wonky on the SD I have to pull it...put it into a Linux machine and run qparted on it and run a scan of the SD card

However seeing what is going on as Joulinar said would be the best avenue of see what is failing on boot
