also make sure zram and zswap is turned on, you can tweak it to have swap be 2X times the physical RAM, even compressed it will be MUCH faster than trying to transcode to a HD

One way to ensure your filesystem isn't filling up Go to the root folder and do a df -h and it will list what is being used and how much is free Linux doesn't need a "cleanup" like window$ as it doesn't create massive amounts of bloat...now log files can get rather large but should autoclean themsel...

Get an external measuring device...might have one that just runs hot naturally...

Did you overclock or run at full cpu all the time?

I believe you have to add a / after each word

mount My/ Computer/ and the like

Ah correction....I googled and found that you put a \040 where the space would be

If it's supported in arm by the apt sources list...it should install it without issue However it will be a manually operated program which means you don't get a cool gui to click and make work I install lshw on my boards and sensors-lm and they work fine Many other programs too...without issue Rasbi...

My buddy showed me that if you use /dev/shm as the Transcoder temporary directory it reduces read and writes to the drives, in effect it becomes a RAMDrive for the transcoded data for streaming and RAM is immensely faster than any drive or SD card However be advised it does use RAM and on SBC that c...
