# X64 nvme Benchmark low

Now I am trying to gauge if I have an io issue or not.

I have a Geekom IT11 i7 with an 11390 processor, 16gb ram and a 500gb Lexar NM620 m.2 nvme drive.

I can’t seem to get anywhere near the read/write performance for this drive in dietpi.

10MiB 1018 write/1113 read  
100MiB 720 write/1284 read  
1000MiB 1020 write/1360 read

Is this to be expected as it’s seems rather low. If isn’t what should be I looking at to improve things?
