Just out of interest, what is the reason why you create the x86_64 UEFI image yourself instead of using the one we provide?
Short answer:
Due to my ignorance.
I didn’t know how to properly headles boot a consumer mini-PC, but thanks to Joulinar which guided me,
with more sugestions, to find the the right issue, and, of course to solve that, I found the real problem.

I don’t like to borrow people with my ‘problems’ and usualy I ask a question when I finished all my options which I have to solve the problem on my own. This was my last option, to create the x86_64 UEFI image trying to boot my fanless PC('s).
