Now the next issue - first sync with syncthing and it’s copying over faster than when I was trying to take the files off my phone with a cable, but I can see the CPU going up to 100% usage and the temps are going through the roof then the pi stops and I’m no longer able to ssh in so have to manually unplug the power.
Nope - guess that’s yet another part I’ll need to get for the pi
I found a way I can reduce the CPU usage of syncthing, but it’s not clear how I can do it - guessing there’s a config file for syncthing I can update to achieve this?
In the link you shared they editing the systemd service unit file.
You can do that via dietpi-services, select the syncthing service and just hit then edit in the service control panel.
