Speed ttyS0 not correct if ARM Temp Limit : [45'c]

if set speed 115200 t_bit ~=9 mks
if set speed 9600 t_bit ~=104 mks

DietPi-Config

ARM Temp Limit : [45’c]

if set speed 115200 t_bit ~=16 mks
if set speed 9600 t_bit ~=160 mks

Why is the operation speed (strobe frequency of the UART port) incorrectly set when the temperature limit is set to 45 degrees?
