[Solved] Hash Sum mismatch on fresh install

I just installed the latest version of dietPi on a RPI3. It’s plugged in the ethernet connection and verified that internet works on it.

When the installer hits the update function, or when I do sudo apt-get update I get the following errors:

Hit:1 http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian stretch InRelease
Get:2 https://archive.raspberrypi.org/debian stretch InRelease [25.3 kB]
Get:3 https://archive.raspberrypi.org/debian stretch/ui armhf Packages [34.0 kB]
Err:3 https://archive.raspberrypi.org/debian stretch/ui armhf Packages

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

I tried some suggestions like “sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/* -vf” but to no alas.

Is the sources list not correct perhaps?

deb http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian stretch main contrib non-free rpi

Well that was easy… I had to disable IPv6 support through the initial setup screens and then it worked.
