RPi 4 | pihole web interface forbidden

I am wondering that no one has this problem and no one replied to my post.

I think I found a solution, but I am not sure if it is save. I removed the configuration

/etc/lighttpd/conf-available/99-dietpi-pihole.conf

Here is the content:
