If I remember well, we had a couple of such reports in the past. We never found out what the issue was. But usually it was fixed to reinstall Radarr. [[Resolved] Radarr and Sonarr services failed - #3 by thewhatofwhom](https://dietpi.com/forum/t/resolved-radarr-and-sonarr-services-failed/5527/3)
