# Netdata clean installation, not starting

### Creating a bug report/issue

#### Required Information

- DietPi version | `8.9.2`
- Distro version | `bullseye`
- Kernel version | `Linux DietPi 5.10.144-meson64 #22.08.2 SMP PREEMPT Wed Sep 21 19:02:36 UTC 2022 aarch64 GNU/Linux`
- SBC model | `Odroid HC4`)
- Power supply used | 5V 1A RAVpower
- SD card used | SanDisk ultra

#### Additional Information (if applicable)

- Software title | Netdata
- Installed freshly
- Can this issue be replicated on a fresh installation of DietPi? Don’t know..

#### Steps to reproduce

1. …Install Netdata
2. …Access localhost:19999

#### Expected behaviour

- Application starts

#### Actual behaviour

- Unable to connect

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at localhost:19999.

#### Extra details

- Service is running fine

Output details of `journalctl -u netdata`

Sorry, had to comment this line to work on local

`bind socket to IP = 127.0.0.1`

By the way first access to `netdata.conf` was empty, I’d run the script `edit-config` on `/etc/netdata` to show the content on `netdata.conf`
