Yes I have installed NetworkManager. The [Diet Pi Allo Page](https://dietpi.com/forum/t/dietpi-allo-com-web-gui-image/1523) says that the WiFi HotSpot feature is available on the Sparky SBC only. Does that mean it is unavailable on the Raspberry Pi 4B, or should that feature still work?
