Hm idk, it’s just USB-A to USB micro B, without an extra power supply. I have no experience with this.
When you use both USB-A connectors it draws 2x 500mA, so you can power up to 5W?!
I recommend to exchange this case, you can not connect a PSU to it.
You can use an adapter I showed above or if you explicitly want a case, you need to look for a 3.5" case. I don’t know any 2.5" case which comes with an extra power supply.
