Okay so for whichever reason sprdwl_ng fails to be loaded by systemd-modules-load.service at boot time, but can be loaded later, on Orange Pi Zero 2, while the same works perfectly fine on Zero 2 and 3B. And whether Bluetooth works with WiFi disabled is something I need to test on Zero 3 as well.
