Thanks a lot you both @Jappe made my day.  
Sorry for the latence but iam always busy until the night.  
Yes i also checkt it with my pi 4 and a fresh install, everything works like a charm.  
If i get time i want to check it on my workhorse the pi3a+  
maybe it is a prob from my pi3a+ or also i have to verify the checksum of my image file.
