Jessie has no wifi with RPi3

Hi,

I need to use Jessie because I use OpenHome Player and it must have Jessie. However, Jessie does not see/install driver with RPi3+

Is there any way to overcome this issue?

Hi,

Thanks for the report.

I’ve applied a fix for this, please copy and paste all following commands to update the script:

wget https://github.com/Fourdee/DietPi/raw/fed5638d23e3fd49b982d9a456fd76d8a7e329be/dietpi/func/dietpi-set_hardware -O /DietPi/dietpi/func/dietpi-set_hardware

Now, when enabling WiFi, error should no longer appear.

Thanks but I think either I am doing something wrong or it is not working because it is still no go.

I do not get error message like before though like you said except nl80211 not found.
