There is a second module required:
sudo -u homeassistant bash
. /home/homeassistant/pyenv-activate.sh
pip3 install sqlalchemy fnvhash
exit
systemctl restart home-assistant
If it still doesn’t work, can you please show the logs again:
journalctl -u home-assistant
